How it works
Once your site is live, updating it is part of what you're paying for — here's exactly how that works.
Which one applies depends on what you're changing.
For the specific things you update often — hours, prices, menu items, project photos, whatever applies to your business — your dashboard has a form for that. Edit it, hit save, and it publishes straight to your live site. No waiting, no request needed.
Don't have a field for something you update a lot? Ask — "Request more control" on your dashboard adds it.
For everything else — new pages, redesigned sections, anything more involved than editing a field — just describe what you want. It gets built, reviewed, and shown to you as a preview before it ever goes live.
This is the "Requests & Changes" section of your dashboard — walked through step by step below.
From your dashboard, type what you want — "update our hours" or "add a gallery page." Attach a photo if it helps.
Not sure how to describe it? Tap "Select area," drag a box around the exact spot on your live site, and describe the change from there.
The change gets built and reviewed — nothing skips a human check before you ever see it.
You get a preview right in your dashboard. Approve it and it publishes immediately — ask for tweaks first if it's not quite right.
You can track every request right on your dashboard — submitted, waiting on review, ready for your approval, or live. Simple changes are usually quick; bigger ones take a little longer, since a real person still checks every one before you see it.
